Personal Training is no longer only for the well off and famous, everyone can now benefit from expert one to one fitness advice.

Whether you are new to exercise or have reached a stale point in an existing programme, we can offer new ideas and training methods to challenge and motivate you to reach your goals.

At the gentsroom we talk about going back to basics, no hugely expensive fitness equipment and the daunting sight of muscle bound hunks training along side you.  Personal Training is just that, personal, one on one, helping to boost your confidence as well as fitness and stamina levels.

TRAINING TIMES

Day, evening, weekend appointments available

So there is no excuse not to exercise as The Gentsroom is here to work round your timetable.

FREQUENCY

1,2, 3 times per week or once a month. Try and decide on a day and stick with it.

DURATION

Sessions last for 1 hour, 45 minutes or 30 minute express workouts.
